Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail? Do you enjoy coordinating activities, managing data, and providing outstanding support to colleagues and stakeholders? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for a 12 Month Fixed Term - Performance & Development Administrator to join our team, providing vital administrative support across learning, development and qualification activities. You'll help ensure training programmes, learner records, qualification processes and reporting activities are managed efficiently and accurately, supporting the delivery of high-quality learning and development across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating learning, development and qualification activities.
- Maintaining accurate learner, training and qualification records.
- Managing training communications, attendance records, feedback and certification activity.
- Supporting the administration of the AQA Unit Award Scheme and certification processes.
- Producing reports and management information to support compliance and performance monitoring.
- Coordinating training events, including venues, resources and learner communications.
- Managing queries through the Learning inbox and providing excellent stakeholder support.
- Raising and processing purchase orders through the Planergy system.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within Learning & Development, HR, Education or Training environments is desirable, as is experience of qualification or certification administration. Knowledge of the AQA Unit Award Scheme would be an advantage.
