Salary: £26,679/annum plus annual bonus, product allowance, 34 days of holiday and many more

Our Scotland Brand Homes are world-class visitor experiences that bring our iconic whisky brands to life through immersive storytelling, exceptional hospitality and premium events. Johnnie Walker Princes Street is our global flagship experience, welcoming visitors from around the world while creating unforgettable moments that inspire a lifelong connection with our brands.
About the Team
You'll join the Johnnie Walker Experience Leadership Team, working alongside experts across hospitality, visitor experience, food & beverage, retail and marketing to deliver exceptional events and guest experiences in one of Scotland's leading visitor attractions.
About the Role
As a Performance Artist, you'll bring the Johnnie Walker story to life through engaging live performances that entertain, educate and inspire visitors from around the world. Working as part of our Experience team, you'll combine acting, storytelling and exceptional customer service to deliver unforgettable moments throughout our guided visitor experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Perform scripted characters and live presentations that bring over 200 years of Johnnie Walker history to life.
- Deliver engaging performances for groups of visitors while creating memorable, immersive experiences.
- Welcome guests and confidently share the Johnnie Walker story through world-class storytelling and customer engagement.
- Answer visitor questions, provide wayfinding support and promote responsible drinking throughout the experience.
- Support the wider Experience team with special events, training and operational activities as required.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of Johnnie Walker, Scotch whisky and our visitor experience to deliver exceptional service.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for performance with hospitality, developing your acting and presentation skills while representing one of the world's most iconic whisky brands.
Experience / Skills Required
This could be the right opportunity for you if you have:
- A background in acting, theatre or live performance with the confidence to perform in front of large audiences.
- Outstanding storytelling, presentation and communication skills.
- A passion for creating memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in whisky, Scottish heritage and learning about the Johnnie Walker story.
- A collaborative, customer-first approach with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience within hospitality, tourism or visitor attractions would be advantageous. Additional language skills are welcomed, with Mandarin being particularly beneficial.
