Role Description

This is a performance-based sales role for the EMEA region and is a remote position. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals for WorldBiz Tech Consulting’s digital transformation and technology solutions. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, presenting tailored proposals and demos, and negotiating performance-based commercial terms. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, monitor sales performance against targets, and provide regular reporting and insights on market trends in the EMEA region.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to understand performance metrics, market trends, and client requirements.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and maintain client relationships across diverse EMEA markets.
  • Performance Management skills to track sales outcomes, optimize sales processes, and align activities with performance-based targets.
  • Performance Testing skills to evaluate sales strategies, refine go-to-market approaches, and validate effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation services within the EMEA region.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed defined performance-based goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
