Shape Strategic Decisions Through Data, Insight and Research

Are you an experienced analyst, performance specialist, researcher or business intelligence professional looking for a role where you can genuinely influence organisational performance?

We are seeking a Performance & Insight Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving evidence-based decision making across our business. This is a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between performance reporting, customer insight and strategic project delivery, offering a rare opportunity to shape how data and research influence decision making across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners, you will provide high-quality reporting, customer insight, research findings and constructive challenge that helps drive continuous improvement and better outcomes for customers.

This is an exciting time to join as the organisation continues to invest in technology, data capabilities and modern ways of working, including the adoption of new reporting and analytics platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
