As our European business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help transform data into meaningful business insight.

Your role with us

As our Performance & Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll work across Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Technology to build powerful reporting solutions, analyse business performance, automate processes and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making across Europe.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern business intelligence technologies, explore emerging AI solutions and contribute to business performance within one of the world's leading payment technology providers. Whether you're a recent graduate with exceptional analytical skills or have gained early career experience in business intelligence, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced global fintech environment.

What you'll do

Business Intelligence & Performance

  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Analyse operational, commercial and financial performance across the business.
  • Produce management reports that support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.

Data Analytics, Automation & AI

  • Develop automated reporting using SQL, Excel, VBA and Power BI.
  • Work with multiple data sources to create reliable business intelligence.
  • Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting and productivity.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and innovation.

Safeguarding, Governance & Compliance

  • Support safeguarding monitoring and reconciliation reporting.
  • Produce regulatory and management reports.
  • Perform trend analysis and identify reporting exceptions.
  • Help maintain high standards of data quality and reporting governance.

Business Partnership

  • Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Technology.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews.
  • Deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and commercial growth.

What you'll bring

  • A degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or another analytical discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Excel, SQL or Power BI through university, internships or employment.
  • A passion for data, automation and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
