ARE YOU THE ONE?

Turn data into insight. Drive performance. Make an impact.

We’re looking for an Analytical Performance Business Partner to join our Central Support team, playing a key role in driving performance across our services and helping our clients achieve their goals.

This is a role for someone who loves getting under the skin of data, spotting opportunities and turning complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll partner closely with Business Unit and Field Leaders, using dashboards, reporting and insight to optimise performance, improve service delivery and support commercial growth.

You’ll also work directly with senior internal stakeholders and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and bringing the story behind the numbers to life. From performance reporting and benchmarking to project managing new analytics requirements, you’ll be at the heart of how we measure, understand and improve our impact.

If you’re commercially minded, analytically curious and confident influencing senior stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

Turn data into actionable insight

  • Identify analytics and reporting requirements across your partner business units.
  • Analyse dashboards, reporting and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business results.
  • Present regular performance updates, insight and recommendations to senior internal and client stakeholders.
  • Use client and field interaction alongside data to understand performance objectives and identify opportunities to optimise services.

Drive performance

  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, performance and key actions.
  • Oversee Impact Index and internal benchmarking across business units, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
  • Ensure clients have clear visibility of performance and impact metrics, providing commentary and context where needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across client service and service delivery teams.
  • Identify growth opportunities and use data-led insight to improve service and account performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
