Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed, we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

PERFORMANCE COACH

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

No two shifts look the same, and that’s exactly why we need you. You keep an Active Space running the way it’s meant to: safe, welcoming, and never short of energy. You’re on the floor coordinating instructors, running inductions, delivering personal training, and making sure every class happens to standard, even when the schedule shifts under you.

It’s part operator, part coach, part fixer. You read the room, adjust the plan. You don’t get to pick who walks through the door tired, stressed, or ready to quit on their goals. You just show up, read what’s needed, and make it work anyway.

THE ROLE

  • Location: Brighton, UK
  • Language Requirements: Fluent English
  • Salary: £14 – 15,000 based on experience
  • Benefits: Health Cash plan, Private Health Insurance, Pension Scheme, Retail discounts scheme, Annual leave (25 days + bank holidays + Westfield Day), Electric Car Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Annual Pay Review, On site gym use, Targeted Learning and Development opportunities.
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part time, 20 hours per week

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
