Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

Life doesn't run on schedule, and neither does fitness. Join Rova Health as a Performance Coach and help people find their rhythm, whatever their day throws at them.

As a Performance Coach, you'll be central to Rova Health's mission to make a genuine, healthy difference in our members' lives. You'll deliver 5-star gym floor service, from inductions and health assessments to programmes built around real, unpredictable lives. You'll also bring energy to a variety of studio and gym floor classes.

You'll be a visible, supportive presence on the gym floor, engaging members and guests and helping them stay on track. Working alongside the reception team, you'll help create a space where people feel welcome, motivated and understood, no matter where they're starting from.

THE ROLE

  • Location: Central London
  • Language Requirements: Fluent English
  • Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (full time hours)
  • Benefits: Health Cash plan, Private Health Insurance, Pension Scheme, Retail discounts scheme, Annual leave (25 days + bank holidays + Westfield Day), Electric Car Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Annual Pay Review, On site gym use, Targeted Learning and Development opportunities.
  • Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time (22.5 hours)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications
  • Experience delivering studio classes and personal training sessions
  • Experience writing tailored client programmes
  • Experience delivering health assessments
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicating with a diverse range of people

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver 5-star gym floor service, including inductions, health assessments and personalised training programmes
  • Teach a variety of gym floor and studio classes
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep across the gym floor and equipment
  • Support the wider team, including covering reception during busy periods
