Two brands. One team.

ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

PERFORMANCE COACH

No two sessions look the same for a Performance Coach. One moment you're guiding a client through a personal breakthrough, the next you're rebuilding a programme that's stopped working, or leading a group class that shifts the whole room's energy. That's the job: instructing, motivating and adapting in real time, so the people in front of you keep moving forward, even when life doesn't make it easy. As part of the Westfield Health Wellbeing programme, you'll deliver 1-2-1 coaching, assessments and reviews built around the client in front of you, not a script. You'll read the room, adjust the plan, and show up with the same energy on day two hundred as day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
