Location: international / flexible
Language requirement: Fluent Spanish speaker with English language capability

At FidesOak®, we believe that High Performing Cultures start with High Performing Teams and that people are at the heart of the solution.

We are looking for experienced Performance Coaches who are fluent Spanish speakers to join us in supporting an international client programme focused on strengthening safety, leadership, teamwork, psychological safety, operational learning and consistent behaviours in the High Hazard sectors.

This is an opportunity to work closely with site leaders, supervisors and operational teams, helping people reflect, learn and translate good intent into sustainable everyday behaviours that produce safe outcomes.

Applicants can be based internationally. Location is not restricted to the UK, although the role will involve travel and site-based work depending on client and project requirements.

The role

As a Performance Coach, you will work alongside site leaders, supervisors and teams within operational environments to support the development of a consistent high performing culture.

This is a practical, people-focused coaching role. You will observe work as it is actually done, coach in the moment, ask powerful questions, provide appropriate challenge and feedback, and help individuals and teams turn learning into everyday practice.

Importantly, the role is not simply about identifying what is not working. We want our coaches to recognise and learn from the positive pockets of culture that already exist, understand what enables them and help strengthen and share good practice across the organisation.

Depending on project requirements, assignments may be site-based and could involve rotational or fixed-day working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
