FIRSTLY, WHO ARE WE?
BARK is one of the most globally recognised performance partners to consumer eCommerce brands. Alongside technical performance marketing, we create the advertising that fuels growth for some of the world’s most exciting consumer brands, combining creative thinking, consumer psychology, performance data and a deep understanding of what actually works on social.
BARK sits within Consumed Group, alongside Aura, our performance creative agency. Together, we work across creative, paid media, strategy and marketing science.
We’ve built an exceptional team of people who care deeply about making great work, understanding why it works and constantly finding better ways to make it.
That includes technology.
Our creative team is already using advanced AI workflows across ideation, image, video, editing and production, and we’re investing heavily in staying at the forefront of what’s possible. You’ll be joining people who are genuinely excited about where creative is going and actively experimenting with how technology can help us make better work, faster.
WHY IS THIS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY?
We think this is an incredibly exciting time to be a creator. The distance between having an idea and bringing it to life is getting smaller every day. You can spot something in the data in the morning, write a hook, shoot it, edit it, use AI to develop or enhance the execution and have something ready to test that afternoon. That’s the kind of environment we want to build.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to receive a perfect brief, complete a task and wait for the next one. We want someone who sees opportunities. Someone who understands what an audience might respond to, has creative ideas of their own and has the energy and resourcefulness to go make them happen. You’ll have a huge amount of autonomy, access to brilliant strategists, designers and media buyers, and a direct feedback loop between what you create and how it performs.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for an exceptional Growth Content Creator to create high-performing paid social advertising for some of the most exciting eCommerce brands around. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who likes being close to the whole process.
Sometimes that means looking at a winning ad and finding five smarter ways to evolve it. Sometimes it’s spotting a format on TikTok that could work perfectly for one of our brands. Sometimes it’s writing the hook, grabbing your phone, shooting the footage and editing the finished ad yourself. And sometimes it’s using new technology to turn a relatively simple idea or piece of footage into something far more ambitious.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategists, but we want your brain in the work too. The best person for this role isn’t simply good at making content. They understand why they’re making it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Creating social-first paid advertising across Meta, TikTok and other platforms
- Taking winning creative and rapidly developing new iterations, hooks, formats and executions
- Using performance data to understand what audiences are responding to and inspire what you make next
- Coming up with your own creative ideas rather than only executing briefs
- Shooting compelling product footage, B-roll and social content on mobile
- Editing UGC and other footage into sharp, platform-native ads
- Writing hooks, scripts, headlines, on-screen text and ad copy
- Working closely with Creative Strategists to turn strategy into finished creative
- Briefing designers when an idea requires a more specialist execution
- Staying extremely close to organic social, creators, culture, competitor creative and emerging formats
- Using AI across ideation, production, editing and asset creation to expand what you’re capable of making
- Experimenting with new tools and workflows alongside a team already pushing hard in this space
- Constantly looking for ways to make the creative better and produce more of what works
WHO YOU ARE
First and foremost, you’re creative. You naturally have ideas. You notice interesting hooks, shots, edits, formats and cultural moments. You understand what makes something feel native to social rather than like an ad that has been dropped into it.
You’ll probably have:
- Experience creating social or performance creative, ideally for consumer or eCommerce brands
- A strong understanding of Meta, TikTok and what makes people stop, watch and buy
- Excellent creative instincts and a strong eye for what makes content compelling
- The ability to look at performance data and turn it into creative decisions
- Confidence shooting on mobile and an instinct for capturing interesting footage
- Strong UGC and social editing skills in CapCut or similar
- Strong writing skills across hooks, scripts, headlines and on-screen copy
- The ability to move comfortably between very different brands and tones of voice
- An interest in AI and emerging creative technology, with a desire to actively use it rather than simply read about it
- The resourcefulness to find a way of making an idea happen
- High standards for your work without being precious about the process
- The confidence to have an opinion and contribute your own thinking
- The ability to work brilliantly with strategists, designers, creators and media buyers
We don’t expect you to know every AI tool. A lot of what we’ll be using a year from now probably doesn’t exist yet. What matters is that when something new gives you another way to create, your instinct is: What could I do with that?
