Performance Creative Designer
We're looking for a creative designer who doesn't just make ads — they watch ads, study ads, reverse-engineer ads, and then make better ones. As our Performance Creative Designer you'll sit at the intersection of creative and performance, producing paid social content for two premium pet food brands under the Kormotech umbrella: Optimeal and Rocketo. You'll report to the Creative Performance Strategist and work in close partnership to concept, shoot, design, and iterate on paid creative that stops thumbs and drives results.
What You'll Do
Creative Production
- Concept and produce paid media ads across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Focus will be on raw, lo-fi, native-feeling content that blends into the feed
- Design static ads, carousels, and motion graphics that work hard within the feed
- Ability to self-shoot and self-edit content; or re-work existing video content into new assets
- Develop hooks obsessively, knowing the first two seconds make or break performance
- You should be a strong creative brainstormer: you have 10 ideas for once concept
Performance Creative
- Work closely with the Creative Performance Strategist to understand what's working, what's not, and why
- Iterate rapidly on winning concepts; produce multiple variations for testing without losing creative integrity
- Bring a data-informed instinct to creative decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
