We're partnering with a global health tech scale-up that is disrupting a multi-billion-pound industry with a product-led DTC model and a rapidly growing international customer base.
They're now looking for a Performance Creative Lead to take ownership of creative performance across paid media, using data, testing, and creative strategy to drive acquisition and growth.
This is a role with real ownership. You'll sit at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, and growth, working closely with the wider team to understand what's working, build structured testing processes, and scale winning creative.

You'll own the performance creative agenda, working across creative, paid media, and growth to turn performance data into creative strategies that drive measurable results.

- Own the performance creative strategy across paid social, particularly Meta
- Analyse creative and media performance to identify what's working, diagnose what's not, and uncover new opportunities
- Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction across hooks, angles, concepts, and formats
- Build and manage a structured creative testing framework from ideation through to testing and scaling
- Work closely with creative teams to develop and iterate high-performing paid social assets
- Develop clear creative briefs informed by performance data, audience insights, and commercial objectives
- Build repeatable processes that connect paid media performance with creative production
- Identify creative trends and opportunities across different audiences, formats, and messaging
- Work closely with the acquisition team to ensure creative strategy is aligned with wider paid media performance
- Present clear, actionable creative and commercial insights to senior leadership

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years' experience in performance creative within a DTC or ecommerce business
- Strong experience with paid social and media buying, particularly Meta
- Proven experience using performance data to inform creative strategy and decision-making
- Strong understanding of creative testing, including hooks, angles, formats, and audiences
- Experience building or contributing to structured creative testing frameworks
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear creative and commercial decisions
- Comfortable working closely with designers, editors, creators, and wider creative teams
- Naturally curious about what makes creative perform and why customers respond
- Strategic, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
