About the Role
KashKick is expanding internationally, and we’re looking for a Performance Creative Specialist based in the UK to help us create authentic, locally relevant advertising that resonates with UK audiences.
In this role, you’ll own UK-focused creative production. This includes creating original content yourself as well as partnering with creative agencies and external creators. You’ll work closely with our User Acquisition (UA) team to turn campaign insights, cultural trends, and creative ideas into high-performing ads.
We’re looking for someone who understands what feels authentic to UK audiences and can bring regional language, trends, cultural references, and everyday experiences into compelling performance creative.
What You’ll Do
- Own UK creative production, developing at least five new performance-focused concepts each week, plus multiple variations for testing.
- Create and iterate on short-form video concepts for platforms such as TikTok, Meta, DSPs, and Google.
- Use campaign performance and testing results to identify winning concepts and inform future creative.
- Collaborate with external creators and agencies to source, brief, review, and approve creative assets aligned with UA priorities.
- Partner closely with the UA team to understand testing priorities, campaign learnings, and emerging creative opportunities.
- Stay on top of UK social trends, creators, platform best practices, and cultural moments to proactively introduce new ideas and formats.
- Produce multiple creative variations from individual concepts to support ongoing testing.
- Maintain an organized creative library, following established naming conventions and uploading deliverables to Google Drive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
