TwinklingTree, in partnership with Puck
UK, fully remote. £50,000 to £75,000 plus 10 to 20 percent bonus.
Your evidence sets your level. Not your years.
THE COMPANY
TwinklingTree sells decorative lighting people fall a little bit in love with. Fairy-lit trees, tulip lamps, glowing gardens. Warmth you can plug in.
Behind the storefront sits an AI-native operation growing 250 percent year on year and tracking toward 30 million dollars in revenue. In-house software, automations, and a creative engine that ships concepts to market in days, not weeks. More than 10 million dollars a year goes into paid social, and this role owns the thinking behind it.
THE ROLE
You develop the research, audience opportunities, concepts and briefs behind the paid-social creative, then read the results and turn the learning into the next round of tests. Your concepts get real budget behind them, quickly, and you see performance feedback on every round.
What you'll own:
- Customer research: customers, competitors, reviews and market trends.
- Audience discovery: untapped audiences, customer desires, objections and market gaps.
- Creative development: hooks, scripts, storyboards and production-ready briefs.
- AI leverage: using AI to improve research, ideation and production without outsourcing your judgment.
- Performance review: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and conversion.
- Feedback: giving editors and AI creative specialists clear, practical direction.
- Testing: structured tests across messages, formats and audiences.
- Learning: recording what worked and making each creative round stronger than the last.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

If you join at senior scope, you'll also define the operating model for the AI content system, build the scorecards and feedback loops that lift creative quality, set priorities across audience discovery, briefing, production and iteration, partner with media buying on what to test, scale or stop, and raise the strategic standard of the wider creative team.
YOUR FIRST NINETY DAYS
Success is defined before you start. In your first thirty days you audit the customers, the performance data, the creative output and the briefing process, identify the highest-value gaps, and begin shipping clear, useful briefs the team can execute.
By day ninety your concepts are producing winners or valuable learning, performance insights consistently shape production, and the team has a clearer pipeline of audiences and tests. At senior scope, day ninety also means practical improvements across the AI content workflow and a learning system the whole team works from.

- Strong customer research, concepting and brief-writing ability.
