What you'll be doing

  • Leading the paid creative strategy, taking insights from relevant dashboards, ad platforms and analytical tools to spot patterns, identify winners and decide what should be created next
  • Building and developing client relationships, steering conversations, weekly calls and QBRs, and aligning creative strategy with business priorities and goals
  • Owning the creative testing roadmap: designing structured tests that iterate on winners, pinpoint where viewers drop off and maintain a steady, high volume of well-structured testing
  • Coming up with concepts and creative angles, then writing direct-response scripts, hooks, body copy and CTAs using proven frameworks such as AIDA, storyboarded to keep viewers watching
  • Writing clear, hypothesis-led briefs and directing their execution with our internal creative team, as well as guiding UGC creators, influencers, editors and designers where required
  • Running two workflows in parallel: iterating on existing assets to lift performance while launching new creative to unlock growth, and maintaining a library of high-performing, reusable assets
  • Staying ahead of the competitive landscape and platform trends, keeping clients' ads native to each platform and sharing learnings that shape the next testing cycle
  • Reporting creative performance clearly to internal teams and clients, backing decisions with data and tying everything back to commercial outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you need to be successful

  • 5+ years in creative strategy or performance creative, with a proven track record in performance creative, ideally scaling paid-social-led DTC or ecommerce brands
  • A creative at heart, with a strong flow of ideas and the judgement to know what belongs in an ad and what to cut
  • A hybrid thinker who blends analytical rigour with creative instinct and can turn a spreadsheet of ad results into a clear story and set of actions
  • Some hands-on design ability to mock up a concept, shape a storyboard or adjust an asset yourself, so your ideas are easy for the team to picture and build
  • Deep fluency in the Meta and TikTok ecosystems, and confidence with native ad managers and analytics tools
  • A portfolio of direct-response concepts, scripts or campaigns that delivered measurable results
  • A strong writer, with a feel for hooks, pacing and conversion psychology
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to earn the trust of both data-minded and creative-minded people, turning complex data into a simple, persuasive narrative
  • Highly organised, curious and comfortable moving quickly in a high-testing environment
