Perfomance Growth Lead – Legend London

Remote first - London
Rewarding Salary

About Legend London

Legend London is one of the UK’s fastest-growing menswear brands, built around premium everyday essentials designed for modern lifestyles.

The brand has scaled rapidly through a combination of:

  • Strong product
  • eCommerce
  • Performance marketing
  • Highly effective social-first creative

With a growing global customer base and ambitious expansion plans, Legend are now entering the next stage of scale - focused on building category-defining menswear products that can continue driving growth internationally.

Product sits at the centre of that strategy.

The Opportunity

We’ve partnered with fast-scaling menswear brand Legend London to appoint a Performance Growth Lead who will take ownership of Meta advertising and help scale the business profitably across the UK, US and Europe.

This is not a standard media-buyer role. We’re looking for an exceptional operator who combines elite Meta buying expertise with sharp commercial judgement, genuine creative-strategy ability and an advanced approach to using AI across marketing.

Working closely with the founders, you’ll own decisions across media buying, budget allocation, performance analysis, creative direction, offers and landing pages. Your goal will be to maximise profitable new-customer growth and total contribution profit, not simply platform ROAS.

What You’ll Own

Meta, growth and commercial performance

  • Manage and scale substantial Meta budgets across multiple countries and product categories.
  • Allocate spend using contribution profit, demand, stock availability, margin and growth potential.
  • Forecast performance at different spend levels and protect the business from inefficient scaling or misleading attribution.
  • Analyse product, market, customer and offer performance, turning complex data into clear commercial action.
  • Identify the true causes of performance changes, from creative fatigue and product-market fit to stock, pricing, returns, website conversion and budget allocation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
