Performance Growth Manager, Ecommerce Post-Click

Twinkling Tree, in partnership with Puck

UK, remote. £65,000 to £85,000 base plus bonus.

Paid social buys the traffic. You make it convert.

TwinklingTree puts more than a million sessions a month behind 10 million dollars plus of annual paid social. This role owns everything after the click: landing pages, offers, product pages, cart, checkout and post-purchase. You find the opportunity, run the test, and decide what happens next.

THE COMPANY

TwinklingTree sells decorative lighting people fall a little bit in love with, growing 250 percent year on year toward 30 million dollars plus in revenue. Behind the storefront sits an AI-native operation: in-house software, automations, and a performance creative team shipping new angles every week. Paid acquisition brings the traffic. You own how it converts.

THE ROLE

Conversion rate, average order value and revenue per visitor, across the whole post-click journey. And this is an execution role, not an advisory one. You will not simply recommend tests. You find the opportunity, shape the offer, write the copy, coordinate development and QA, launch, analyse, and decide what happens next.

The primary outcome is written down before you start: lift revenue per visitor by 20 percent in your first ninety days, with a 30 percent stretch, while protecting contribution margin.

What you'll own:

  • The complete post-click experimentation roadmap.
  • Customer research using reviews, surveys, heatmaps and session recordings.
  • Landing pages, product pages, advertorials and collection experiences.
  • Cart, checkout, upsell and post-purchase optimisation.
  • Offers, bundles, gifts, guarantees, pricing structures and promotions.
  • Direct-response copy across the ecommerce journey.
  • Full-page redirect tests, on-page experiments and focused design changes.
  • Test hypotheses, variants, primary metrics and guardrail metrics.
  • Coordination with developers and QA through every launch.
  • Tracking, monitoring, reporting and the experimentation learnings library.
  • Alignment between paid-social angles and the pages receiving that traffic.
  • Weekly recommendations on what to test, scale, revise or stop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Pricing, bundles and major offer changes go through a weekly commercial meeting. You bring the recommendation and the evidence.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

More than a million monthly sessions means enough traffic to reach significance quickly and learn something every week. The roadmap targets ten or more live experiments a month, so testing is the job, not a side project. You work directly with the founder, developers, QA and the performance creative team, with no layers in between. And you get proper tooling: Convert.com, Microsoft Clarity, Converge and internal CRO tools, with AI-assisted research and page-building you'll help improve.

YOUR FIRST NINETY DAYS

Days one to thirty: audit the highest-traffic products, funnels, offers and customer journeys, review the quantitative and qualitative data, identify the largest bottlenecks, build a prioritised backlog, and launch the first high-confidence tests.

By day sixty: turn the first results into commercial learnings, double down on winning messages and offers, and establish a reliable workflow across research, copy, AI design, development and QA.

By day ninety: deliver a measurable improvement in revenue per visitor, maintain a pipeline supporting ten plus live tests a month, and present the next-quarter roadmap built on validated insights.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Typically three to six years in growth, CRO or ecommerce, including at least two years with DTC brands or a specialist DTC agency.
  • Evidence of landing pages, offers or customer journeys you personally improved.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting and offer-development ability.
  • Experience designing and evaluating controlled ecommerce experiments.
  • An understanding of statistical validity, test duration and misleading results.
  • The ability to interpret conversion data and customer behaviour.
  • Experience coordinating developers and QA without formal direct reports.
  • Strong ownership, urgency, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Confidence using AI for research, copy and page creation without outsourcing judgment.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT ROLE IF

  • You only produce recommendations and expect someone else to execute them.
  • You cannot point to landing pages, copy or experiments you personally influenced.
  • You rely on opinions instead of customer research and performance data.
  • You need constant direction to decide what should happen next.
  • You want a work-whenever-you-want schedule. This one runs on a fixed 9am UK start.
  • You treat AI-generated output as finished work without applying judgment.

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS

£65,000 to £85,000 base, plus a bonus with a 20 percent target and up to 30 percent.
Remote in the UK, with a fixed 9am UK start.

THE PROCESS

Written application with your strongest work samples, an introductory interview, a practical trial task based on the real work, then a final conversation with leadership. Hiring closes as soon as the right person is found, so early applications carry an advantage.
