Shape the future of performance reporting and assurance at NSFT

We are seeking an exceptional and innovative Performance Improvement Manager to lead a major programme of work to transform the Trust's assurance reporting, performance intelligence and decision-making capability.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced performance or business intelligence professional with advanced expertise in Power BI, data modelling and performance management frameworks to play a key role in redesigning how the organisation measures, monitors and improves performance.

Working within the Performance Team, you will lead the development and refinement of a business intelligence solution that transforms the Trust's approach to assurance reporting, performance management and data quality monitoring. The solution will enable the day-to-day identification and management of performance, quality and data quality issues through intuitive and user-centred dashboards. It will support the seamless production of comprehensive locality-level Quality and Performance reports, with narrative and assurance information captured continuously throughout the reporting cycle. This information will then flow through organisational governance structures, evolving into a fully formed Integrated Quality and Performance Report (IQPR) that combines robust data, meaningful analysis and evidence-based narrative, providing a clear and consistent view of organisational performance from frontline services through to the Trust Board.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
