Performance Insights Specialist CONTRACT
Chertsey / Hybrid
£312 Day Rate (12 months, possibly longer)
We’re supporting a leading global consumer technology brand in hiring a Performance Insights & Reporting Manager to join its European Marketing Centre of Excellence.
This is a high-impact role focused on performance analytics, operational reporting, insight validation and continuous improvement across multiple European markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and translate business needs into clear reporting requirements and specifications
- Govern operational metrics, definitions and calculation logic across markets
- Validate AI-generated reports and insights, acting as the final quality gate
- Analyse SLA, backlog, throughput, workload, CSAT and web-performance data to identify root causes and actionable insights
- Lead the reporting enhancement roadmap and executive performance reviews
- Partner with operational, analytics, governance and market stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in analytics, performance reporting or BI in marketing
- 5+ years’ experience in Project/Programme Management or PMO
- Strong operational data analysis and root-cause investigation skills
- Excellent requirements gathering and business problem-framing capability
- Strong AI/automation literacy and understanding of automated analytics
- Confident presenting insights to senior/C-level stakeholders
- Advanced user of JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint
