Performance Insights & Reporting Manager
CONTRACT (Likely ongoing)
Chertsey, Hybrid
£264–£308 per day
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global consumer technology business for a Performance Insights & Reporting Manager to join a high-profile European digital commerce operation. This role sits within a Centre of Excellence supporting multiple European markets and is responsible for driving operational performance reporting, insight generation, reporting governance, and continuous improvement across digital delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve operational performance reporting across multiple workstreams
- Define reporting requirements, metric definitions, and calculation logic
- Validate AI-generated reports and insights before executive distribution
- Analyse operational performance data, identify trends, and provide root-cause analysis
- Lead reporting enhancements and automation initiatives
- Create clear, decision-ready insights and presentations for senior leadership
- Partner with operational, governance, analytics, and market stakeholders across Europe

- Must have a minimum 5 years in project / programme management and at least 3 years in analytics, performance reporting or business intelligence (experience may overlap), ideally gained in a multi-market or digital operations environment.
- Insight Generation Capability – Ability to move beyond raw data analysis and generate actionable operational insights that highlight performance drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Data Storytelling & Insight Communication – Ability to translate analytical findings into clear and structured insights that leadership and operational teams can easily understand and act upon.
- Advanced Presentation Skills – Strong PowerPoint capability to present operational performance insights and analytical findings to leadership.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence skills
