About Adcrate:
Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients.
We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work.
The Role
As our Performance Lead, you'll play a key role in driving performance across the agency. You'll oversee a portfolio of high-priority client accounts while leading the Performance team, setting standards, improving processes, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Working closely with Creative Strategists and the wider leadership team, you'll take ownership of how the Performance function operates, helping to build scalable systems, improve efficiency, and develop a high-performing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own Key Client Accounts
- Own performance across a portfolio of key client accounts, flexed based on capacity and scope.
- Lead the strategic direction, media-buying decisions and overall performance approach across those accounts.
- Take ownership of client-facing performance conversations.
- Act as the first point of escalation for performance-related challenges.
- Maintain a strong focus on account ownership and direction, while remaining hands-on where needed.
Lead the Performance Team
- Lead, manage and develop the Performance team.
- Own regular 1:1s, workload planning, prioritisation and individual development.
- Support Performance Managers to operate independently across their accounts.
- Coach the team on client communication, decision-making and proactive account ownership.
- Set clear standards for output quality, accountability and how Performance Managers operate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
