Role Description
The Performance Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at our Manchester location. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining performance management frameworks that support individual, team, and company goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing performance indicators, managing appraisal cycles, analyzing performance data, and preparing reports and insights for leadership. The specialist will collaborate with managers to set objectives, track progress, and recommend targeted development and improvement plans. Additional responsibilities include supporting program management initiatives, aligning performance processes with business priorities, and contributing to continuous improvement across operations.

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.
- Skills in Performance Appraisal and Performance Management to design, execute, and refine evaluation processes and feedback systems.
- Program Management skills to coordinate performance-related initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional activities.
- A foundational understanding of Finance to connect performance outcomes with budgets, cost efficiency, and revenue impact.
- Relevant experience in performance management, HR, operations, or business analysis within retail or a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems; experience with HR or KPI dashboards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
