A leading organisation is seeking a Performance Manager on an interim basis until May 2027. This is a predominantly home-based position with travel to sites as required, offering the opportunity to influence operational performance across a complex contract.

The Role

As The Performance Manager, You’ll

  • Develop and produce regular operational performance reports.
  • Monitor performance trends, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide accurate and insightful reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead performance reviews and ensure actions are effectively followed through.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas of underperformance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and contract performance.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the contract.

What To Be Successful, You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management, maintenance, or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong performance management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Experience interpreting large volumes of operational data.
  • Confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CAFM systems and Power BI would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving performance issues.
