Performance Manager | London (Hybrid) | Permanent

We're hiring a commercially minded Performance Manager for a growing portfolio of digital learning and workplace-focused solutions used by individuals and organisations around the world.
This role suits someone who loves using data to answer big business questions. Where are we growing? What's working? Where should we invest? How should we price and prioritise products for stronger results?
What you'll do
- Define and monitor the KPIs that help leaders make better decisions
- Build and improve dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders
- Work with finance and product leaders on forecasting, ROI, investment cases and benefit realisation
- Support pricing strategy and cost analysis for products and new opportunities
- Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to spot trends, risks and growth opportunities
- Turn complex analysis into practical recommendations that non-specialists can act on
- Contribute to better data practices as data governance and planning processes mature

What you'll bring
- 3+ years' experience in BI, data analysis or performance analysis
- Strong SQL and Power BI skills (Tableau, Looker or similar also welcome)
- Experience developing, tracking or interpreting metrics for digital products, services or customer journeys
- Commercial judgement, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and working across product, marketing, sales, finance and operations
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach
- A good understanding of data privacy and security principles

Nice to have
- Google Analytics 4
- Experience in digital education, subscription, SaaS or other data-rich digital businesses
- Global or multicultural working experience
- Familiarity with Agile product environments
- Data, analytics or cloud certifications
