Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

PERFORMANCE MANAGER

As Performance Manager, you'll take the lead on our onsite Active Space and Wellbeing programme — running the facility day to day, building the team around you, and holding standards steady when the day doesn't go to plan. Working closely with the Account Manager, you'll balance operations, safety and financial performance while pushing a wellbeing offer that never sits still. You'll be the first point of contact for members and stakeholders alike, which means confidence and clear communication matter as much as the numbers on the spreadsheet. This is a role for someone who reads the terrain, adjusts fast, and brings the whole team with them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
