PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist
As a Performance Manager, you will lead the on-site and strategic delivery of wellness services for our flagship corporate account in London, United Kingdom. This is a high-visibility, high-stakes leadership role split evenly between directing complex facility operations and managing multi-regional projects. You will oversee a diverse on-site team of Performance Coaches, instructors & operators across our active gym environment, ensuring that everyday operations deliver a world-class customer experience & 7-star service.
A significant component of this role involves strategic execution, requiring you to achieve specific operational metrics, manage budgets, cultivate internal communities, and drive cross-functional projects simultaneously.

THE ROLE
Location: London, United Kingdom — flagship corporate client site
Language Requirements: Fluent English
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 dependent on experience

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Health & Exercise Studies, or a related field.
- An industry-recognised certification (CSCS, Certified Exos Performance Specialist, FMS, or equivalent), plus active CPR/AED certification.
- At least 5 years of strength coaching or personal training experience, ideally within premium environments.
- A minimum of 3 years managing complex operations, ideally in a corporate setting.
- A track record of managing and upskilling teams of fitness, health, or sports performance professionals.
- Experience navigating stakeholder relationships, owning annual budgets, and running multiple projects at once.
- The ability to turn complex operational and health data into something an executive audience actually understands.
- Comfort with ambiguity; you can steer cross-regional work and adjust your approach without losing your footing.

Duties And Responsibilities
01 Operational Leadership & Facility Excellence
- Direct daily operations across the gym and studio floor, holding the line on safety, cleanliness, and technical performance.
- Instruct, motivate, and support clients toward their fitness and wellness goals — safely, professionally, ethically.
- Own site-level staffing plans and operational frameworks, keeping every detail aligned with contract requirements.
02 Team Architecture & People Management
- Manage, mentor, and support a diverse team of Performance Coaches.
- Run regular performance evaluations and keep development on track, building a culture rooted in positive behaviours, not just targets.
- Upskill your team so service delivery blends quality frameworks with genuine creative autonomy.

03 Strategic Client Partnerships & Stakeholder Navigation
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate client leadership, keeping communication proactive and ahead of need.
- Partner with client leadership teams to align joint business plans and remove operational friction.
- Consistently exceed contract expectations — not just meet them.
04 Data Analysis, Financials & Reporting
- Evaluate site operations, team performance, and client metrics against both ROVA and client objectives.
- Compile and present operational data and impact metrics to executive stakeholders every month.
- Take full accountability for site-specific annual budgets and commercial performance.
05 Events & Internal Communities
- Lead engagement activities — educational events, wellness fairs, informational sessions — that build campus-wide awareness.
- Design and run targeted activations (challenges, leaderboards, recovery labs) that reach new employee cohorts.
- Keep visibility of services high across every part of the client’s organisation.
