Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks: We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 national operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network or service management repair and maintenance to keep everything running operationally.

Want to come and be a part of it?

We’re looking for a Performance Manager to join our team based at our St Ives, Cambridgeshire office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping teams deliver great outcomes for customers. Working closely with managers and colleagues across the business, you’ll use data, insight and collaboration to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery and support a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance.

What will you be doing?

  • You'll play a key role in monitoring and improving operational performance across the business. Using data, insights and performance metrics, you'll identify trends, risks and opportunities, helping teams understand where they are performing well and where improvements can be made. You'll produce clear reporting and analysis that supports informed decision-making and drives better outcomes for customers and the wider business.
  • Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you'll help identify the root causes of performance challenges and develop practical solutions that deliver measurable results. You'll support the implementation of improvement initiatives, ensuring actions are focused, effective and aligned to business objectives. By providing expert performance insight, you'll help teams achieve targets, improve productivity and consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • You'll also contribute to operational planning by providing performance forecasts, trend analysis and recommendations that support both short and long-term decision-making. Through regular engagement with teams and leaders, you'll encourage a culture of accountability, helping colleagues understand how their performance contributes to wider business success.
  • As part of our commitment to continual improvement, you'll look for opportunities to streamline processes, remove inefficiencies and enhance ways of working. You'll monitor the impact of improvement activity, ensuring benefits are embedded and sustained, while communicating progress, successes and areas of focus clearly to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • You'll help foster a culture where data is used confidently, performance is openly discussed and teams feel empowered to make positive changes that improve customer experience, operational effectiveness and overall business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
