About the Role
My client, a non-profit organisation specialising in Education and Culture, are looking for a Performance Manager to join their team to help drive growth through data-led decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities, improve performance, and influence key business decisions.
You will turn complex data into meaningful commercial insight and recommendations, helping leadership teams understand where growth opportunities exist and how products can be optimised for greater success.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Analysing product, customer, marketing, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, investment cases, and ROI analysis.
- Providing insight into customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and commercial performance.
- Supporting pricing strategies and commercial decision-making through data analysis.
- Translating complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Working across multiple business functions to develop a holistic view of performance.
- Supporting improvements in data governance, reporting standards, and performance measurement practices.
- Helping shape strategic priorities through evidence-based insights and recommendations.

Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in Performance Analysis, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience interpreting large and complex datasets.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualisations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong Excel and SQL skills.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs for products, services, or customer journeys.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
