Performance Manager, Digital Products

Salary: £40,000 to £47,000

Location: London, hybrid with three days per week on site

We are seeking a Performance Manager to improve the performance of a global digital learning portfolio through data and product insight.

Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you will analyse customer behaviour, measure product outcomes, and turn findings into recommendations that improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor KPIs across digital products and customer journeys.
  • Analyse GA4 and other data sources to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports that give stakeholders a clear view of product performance.
  • Work with product managers to evaluate feature releases, test ideas, and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Investigate customer behaviour, funnel drop-offs, engagement, and retention.
  • Combine data from multiple systems and improve reporting quality and consistency.
  • Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders and track their impact.

Skills and Experience

  • At least two years’ experience in product analytics, digital analytics, BI, or data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience analysing Google Analytics 4 data.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills, alongside Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable reporting tool.
  • Experience working with product teams to define metrics and improve digital services.
  • Understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
