About iClosed

We're looking for the person who makes the marketing machine actually ship. The strategies come from specialized agencies and get validated by leadership. From there, everything is execution: briefs, production, reviews, publication — and that's yours. What's planned goes out on the date. What's produced meets the bar. iClosed is a profit maximizer for high-ticket sales teams, helping them make more, much more by plugging in iClosed. We work with customers like Hyros.com, Iman Gadzhi, Whop, Instantly.ai, and thousands of users. Our product wins customers. What we need now is volume and consistency in how we show up: pages, emails, ads, content, shipped every week at the same quality. You build with your own hands and you run the people who produce. Player-coach, not spectator.

What You'll Own

Planning & Delivery

  • Turn validated strategies into a weekly production plan with owners and dates.
  • Run the publication calendar across all channels: content, ads, email, website.
  • Keep every initiative moving: unblock producers, tighten reviews, protect the dates.
  • Weekly planning and reporting with leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Production (hands-on)

  • Build and ship landing pages yourself: feature pages, campaign pages, advertorials, from our design system and templates.
  • Write, build and send email campaigns and lifecycle sequences: releases, nurture, onboarding
  • Write briefs for agencies and designers using our locked brief format.

Producers & Agencies

  • Manage the internal producers: designer, video editors, marketing ops coordinator. Clear queues, clear briefs, honest reviews.
  • Run weekly planning with each agency (ads, social, video), track delivery, review everything against our design direction.
  • Keep quality at or above the bar of our existing assets.

Performance

  • Track results per channel and report weekly.
  • Flag what should be killed or scaled, with the numbers to back it.
