This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketer | Dating based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to drive performance marketing for dating products across highly competitive international markets.
You will own paid acquisition across channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other traffic sources.
The position combines campaign execution, funnel strategy, creative development, analytics, and continuous optimization.
You will use performance data to make informed decisions, improve acquisition efficiency, and deliver against clear KPIs.
Working within a small, high-performing team, you will have significant autonomy and direct influence over business results.
You will also analyze markets and competitors, develop new acquisition approaches, and help shape landing pages and conversion journeys.
The role is well suited to a structured, data-driven marketer who thrives on ownership, measurable outcomes, and continuous experimentation.
Accountabilities
- Drive paid acquisition for dating products through Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant traffic sources.
- Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns based on clearly defined performance KPIs and business objectives.
- Create advertising concepts and creatives independently, while collaborating with creative specialists when needed.
- Analyze campaign performance and use tracking and analytics platforms such as RedTrack or Voluum to identify opportunities and make data-driven optimizations.
- Research markets and competitors to identify emerging opportunities, new approaches, and ways to improve campaign performance.
- Develop concepts and detailed briefs for new landing pages that support acquisition and conversion goals.
- Build and optimize both simple and complex full-funnel marketing journeys.
- Monitor performance at both strategic and granular levels, balancing the broader acquisition strategy with day-to-day campaign details.
- Clearly communicate performance insights, recommendations, and decisions using measurable results and relevant data.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with practical experience using Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid traffic sources.
- Proven expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with marketing analytics and tracking platforms such as RedTrack, Voluum, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to support decisions and recommendations through data, performance metrics, and measurable evidence.
- A proven record of strong professional results supported by specific performance metrics and achievements.
- Highly structured and systematic approach, with the ability to understand the bigger picture while effectively managing operational details.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, campaign optimization, conversion funnels, and performance measurement.
- Fluent Ukrainian language skills.
- English proficiency at B1 level or above, sufficient for working with marketing content, documentation, and funnel-building activities.
- Previous experience in the dating industry is a strong advantage.
