Performance Marketer for eCommerce & DTC Brands
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketer for eCommerce & DTC brands based in United Kingdom.
This opportunity is designed for a commercially minded performance marketer who wants to do more than simply manage advertising campaigns.
You will work with ambitious eCommerce and direct-to-consumer brands where paid media is a key driver of profitable growth.
The role combines campaign strategy, data analysis, business problem-solving, and ownership of measurable commercial outcomes.
You will be expected to look beyond metrics such as ROAS and understand how marketing decisions contribute to broader business performance.
The environment is suited to marketers who are proactive, strategic, and comfortable working independently with growing companies.

Accountabilities
- Develop and manage paid media strategies for eCommerce and DTC brands, with a focus on sustainable and profitable growth.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across relevant paid acquisition channels.
- Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Go beyond campaign-level optimization by understanding broader commercial objectives, customer acquisition economics, and business growth priorities.
- Translate data and performance insights into actionable marketing strategies and recommendations.
- Take ownership of campaign and account performance while continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Work strategically with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business challenges and develop effective growth solutions.
- Communicate proactively on performance, priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Adapt strategies based on changing market conditions, campaign results, customer behavior, and business objectives.
- Contribute to a high-performance marketing culture focused on experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable business impact.

Requirements
- Professional experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce and DTC brands.
- Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, media buying, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition and the key performance metrics used to evaluate campaign and business performance.
- Ability to interpret marketing and commercial data and use insights to make informed strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to think beyond campaign optimization and solve broader business and growth problems.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding that successful marketing should contribute to profitable business growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with practical execution capabilities.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative when managing campaigns and projects.
- Proactive communication style and ability to work effectively in remote-first environments.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to test, learn, adapt, and develop new approaches.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience ranging from early-career performance marketing through senior-level growth strategy is welcome, with opportunities matched according to experience and strengths.
