About us:
Ecomnova is the business behind Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts, two of the UK's leading online flower brands.
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Advisor to support our in-house team as we continue to grow.
This is not a campaign management role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys coaching, challenging ideas and helping ambitious marketers become exceptional.
The Role:
You'll act as a trusted advisor to our Head of Marketing and Performance Marketing team.
Rather than managing campaigns yourself, you'll provide strategic guidance, identify opportunities and help us continuously improve our approach to customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular reviews of our Google and Meta accounts.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
- Coach and mentor our in-house Performance Marketing Manager/Executive.
- Challenge campaign strategy and testing plans.
- Review attribution, reporting and measurement.
- Advise on Performance Max, Shopping and Meta best practice.
- Support planning for key seasonal trading periods including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
- Keep the team informed of new platform developments and AI opportunities.
- Attend a monthly strategy session with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
