About The Role
We're looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to lead and scale Enfuce's digital growth engine. You'll own the strategy and execution behind the programmes that generate and accelerate pipeline across our enterprise and mid-market segments, spanning paid media, website performance, organic and AI-driven discovery, database marketing and full-funnel optimisation.
This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You'll lead a growing performance marketing team, manage significant channel investment and have the autonomy to test, optimise and reallocate spend based on commercial performance. You'll also help ensure Enfuce stays ahead of changing B2B buying behaviour, particularly as enterprise buyers increasingly use LLMs and AI-powered search as part of their research and evaluation journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the strategy and execution across digital performance and online channels to generate and nurture marketing-sourced pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing performance marketing team, currently consisting of two FTEs and freelancer support, with scope to grow.
- Take full ownership of the Enfuce website as a demand engine, covering user experience, conversion rate optimisation, SEO, content performance and analytics.
- Develop Enfuce's approach to the emerging agentic buyer journey, ensuring our digital presence is optimised for both human buyers and AI-driven discovery.
- Own our strategy for visibility, citation and authority across LLMs, AI search, traditional search, high-intent communities and relevant category review platforms.
- Lead paid media strategy across search, social, retargeting, programmatic, syndication and ABM, ensuring investment is focused on channels delivering measurable pipeline and ROI.
- Manage agency partners across paid search, GEO, SEO and LinkedIn, setting clear briefs, performance targets and commercial outcomes.
- Own database-driven marketing programmes using segmentation, lead nurturing, intent data and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to understand funnel performance, pipeline contribution and marketing ROI, continuously improving conversion throughout the buyer journey.
- Drive experimentation across paid and owned channels, testing new formats, technologies, AI tooling and approaches to improve performance and efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
