Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Ashford. The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, implement, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition for AIMS Accountants for Business. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, managing marketing budgets, and preparing regular performance reports. The Performance Marketing Executive will also contribute to developing marketing content and sales enablement materials to support the wider commercial strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns.
  • Solid Market Research skills to gather insights, analyse trends, and inform data-led marketing decisions.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, present performance results, and create clear marketing messages.
  • Sales and Marketing skills to align campaigns with revenue goals and support client acquisition and retention.
  • Relevant experience in performance marketing, digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), and campaign analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in professional services or B2B marketing is beneficial; a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
