About the role
Footballco is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing affiliate team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activation, execution, and ongoing optimisation of global paid campaigns across channels such as Paid Social, PPC, and arbitrage.
Working directly under the guidance of the Head of Performance Marketing, you will help attract high-intent users and drive conversions across our key affiliate verticals, including ticketing, streaming, VPNs, and finance. This role requires regular collaboration with internal teams—including Affiliate, Client Services, Ad Operations, and Social—to ensure campaigns run smoothly, hit performance metrics, and stay on budget.

You will be based in London and report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
- Campaign Activation & Execution: Build, launch, and manage daily paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search/PPC, and other advertising platforms based on established strategies.
- Daily Optimisation: Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting targeting, bids, creative assets, and landing pages to ensure strict KPI targets and ROAS goals are met.
- Hands-on Platform Management: Utilise digital advertising tools and native ad managers to set up tracking, manage daily budgets, and ensure accurate campaign setup.
- A/B Testing: Execute regular creative, audience, and ad copy tests to gather actionable data on what resonates best with our audience.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track daily and weekly performance data, compiling operational reports and highlighting insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams (Affiliate, Social, Client Services, Ad Operations) to gather creative assets, implement tracking pixels, and ensure smooth execution.
- Vendor & Platform Liaising: Assist with the administrative side of publisher and platform relationships, staying up to date with new features, tools, and digital ad formats.
- Budget Tracking: Track daily spend to guarantee campaigns remain strictly within allocated budgets without over- or under-spending.

What you have:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Paid Social, Search/PPC, or display/arbitrage) in-house or agency-side.
- Strong technical ability with native ad tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Highly analytical mindset with strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaign setups and optimisation tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative attitude and a desire to learn from senior specialists.
- A passion for digital trends, performance media, and sports content.
