Performance Marketing Executive - DTC Ecommerce

£35,000 to £40,000
Remote-first - Occasional team days in Bristol

We are working with a fast-growing consumer brand that is bringing its performance marketing capability in-house and looking for a technically curious Performance Marketing Executive to join its newly developing digital team.

This is a genuinely hands-on role. You’ll be inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, building campaigns, monitoring performance, managing budgets, testing creative and digging into the data to understand what’s actually driving results.

Initially, there will be a particular focus on Meta, but the opportunity is much broader. You’ll work closely with an experienced Performance Marketing Lead and gradually build ownership across Google and new channels including TikTok, Bing, Amazon Ads, YouTube and retail media.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building, launching and optimising paid campaigns
  • Monitoring budgets, pacing and performance
  • Analysing metrics including MER, CAC/CPA and ROAS
  • Running structured creative tests
  • Identifying performance issues and opportunities
  • Supporting landing-page, offer and funnel testing
  • Helping launch and develop new acquisition channels

Requirements:

  • Around 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Good understanding of ecommerce performance metrics
  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, Shopping/PMax would be a bonus
