About The Role

At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our house of brands to life. All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting!

These are exciting times at TFG London. We have enjoyed strong growth in recent years and currently have iconic brands in our portfolio including Phase Eight, Whistles and Hobbs and our luxury Homewares brand Inside Story. We are not stopping there, we have big plans for the next three years within our current brands and beyond.

You'll support the Performance Marketing team in executing paid marketing activities across paid media, contributing to the profitable growth of Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles and Inside Story. This role is affiliate focused.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in delivering a strategic affiliate marketing approach, driving new customer acquisition and supporting retention through the Partnerize platform.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Partnerize team, ensuring clear communication of objectives, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
  • Own day-to-day management of the affiliate programme, including partner onboarding, activation, and optimisation across key partner types (content, cashback, voucher, influencers).
  • Facilitate and oversee campaign implementation via Partnerize, ensuring alignment with full-funnel strategy and performance KPIs (Traffic, CPA, revenue contribution).
  • Work closely with partners to secure placements, negotiate commissions, and drive incremental exposure for key campaigns and trading moments.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance, identifying trends and working with partners/agency to optimise activity and maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Ecommerce Trading, Brand) to align activity with wider marketing and promotional calendar.
  • Support reporting and insights across the affiliate channel, including partner performance, incrementality, and new customer contribution.
  • Identify opportunities to diversify the programme, including testing new partners, content strategies, and upper-funnel affiliate activity
  • Maintain strong knowledge of affiliate trends, competitor activity, and Partnerize capabilities to ensure the programme remains competitive and innovative

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
