About Bebello
Bebello is on a mission to disrupt the stagnant baby equipment space, whilst taking the pollution out of parenthood.
Our first product is an automatic baby bottle washer – it washes, sterilises, and dries baby bottles without hands-on scrubbing, eliminating one of the most hated chores of the newborn stage and saves parents an hour a day. It also cuts water use and carbon emissions by up to 90% compared with hand washing.
We sell, rent, and offer refurbished units through our own buyback programme - and that's just the start. Our long-term goal is to shift the entire baby feeding equipment industry away from a model built on short-life products that end up in landfill, and toward a rental model where customers pay for access, not ownership. We're disrupting how the baby feeding market works, in a way that’s better for parents, planet and profitability.
Why This Role
This is a genuinely broad, hands-on opportunity to help grow a DTC brand from close to scratch, and to help drive its transition into a circular-economy business model - a fundamentally different way of doing business in this category.
This is a chance to take real ownership of a hard problem, deliver outsized value early in your career, and grow - with an explicit path toward a senior leadership role within the company as you prove yourself.
The Role
Performance marketing and ecommerce are the core of this role. We see them as one connected skill set, not two separate jobs. Beyond that core, you'll touch every part of how customers find us, buy from us, and hear about us.
Performance marketing & ecommerce (the core)
- Own performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, and (soon) TikTok - campaign strategy, keyword and audience management, customer list/retargeting audiences, budget allocation, and reporting on what's actually driving revenue.
- Manage our Shopify storefront end-to-end: conversion, customer journey, and how the site connects with our ad platforms.
- Liaise with our external Amazon agency, who manage our Amazon listings and ads, to keep that channel aligned with our wider strategy

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Brand & content
- Run influencer marketing: seeding and gifting product, and managing relationships with the influencers we work with.
- Write blog content and pursue PR opportunities.
- Create occasional content (photo/video) to support marketing and social (we bring in freelance graphic design support for anything beyond this).
Stretch goals (beyond the core)
These aren't baseline expectations, but they're real opportunities to grow your scope over time:
- Supporting the launch of new products currently in R&D.
- Supporting sales meetings with retailers.
- Help us open new sales channels beyond our current direct-to-consumer setup.
- Play a role in our transition to a product-as-a-service model.
The split between hands-on execution and strategic ownership shifts with experience - see below.
This Role Grows With You
We're hiring one role that can start at different points - this could be a first role for a standout graduate to someone with a few years already under their belt who wants expanded responsibility. The core day-to-day (ads, Shopify, content, influencer outreach) looks similar at both levels - what changes is how much strategic ownership you carry, and the package that reflects it. Tell us where you sit;
🌱 Early Career — Commercial Executive
- 0–2 years' experience, or a standout graduate ready to be thrown in the deep end
- What this looks like: Hands-on execution across performance marketing, Shopify, influencer outreach, blogs and PR, working closely with the founders for direction. On new channels and the product-as-a-service shift, you'll support and research rather than lead - a great way to learn the strategic side fast.
- Indicative package: Real Living Wage or above.
- Growth path: Clear route to Commercial Manager as you take on bigger pieces of the funnel, with a longer-term route to senior leadership as you prove impact.

📈 Mid-Level — Commercial Manager
- Roughly 3–7 years, ideally with hands-on experience across performance marketing and ecommerce
- What this looks like: Full ownership of performance marketing strategy and budget across all paid channels, plus ecommerce optimisation and the Amazon agency relationship. You'll take the lead on scoping and launching at least one new sales channel, reporting directly to the founder.
- Indicative package: £35k with performance related bonus.
- Growth path: First hire into a function you could end up leading as the team scales, with a route to senior leadership for the right person
What We're Looking For
You’ll likely have:

- Ideally have some hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, Paid Social, and/or Display).
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads, or a genuine willingness to learn quickly.
- Basic understanding of design/editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe.
- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle a variety of day-to-day tasks and context-switch quickly.
- An analytical, data-driven approach.
- Personable, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Able to commute to Edinburgh or Glasgow a minimum of 2 days a week.
- Genuine excitement about the circular economy and Bebello's mission - this isn't a role for someone indifferent to what we're building.
To Apply
Please answer the following questions with your application:
- Whether Commercial Executive or Commercial Manager best matches where you are, and why.
