The Vibe & The Role
Weāre looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who is eager to dive into data, build high-performing campaigns, and implement digital marketing solutions to solve complex client challenges.
Working under the guidance of senior team members, youāll be the engine room behind our paid channelsāhandling setup, QA, tracking, and optimisation across SEM, Paid Social, and beyond. ā” What Youāll Be Doing
- Campaign Execution & QA: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across SEM and Paid Social. Perform pre-launch QA checks, manage ad budgets accurately, and conduct basic troubleshooting.
- Tracking & Analytics: Configure analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI) under senior guidance, ensuring tags fire accurately across client sites and dashboards (Looker Studio) are up to date.
- Client & PM Collaboration: Build clear, transparent relationships with client contacts. Partner closely with internal Project Managers, developers, and designers to gather campaign assets and deliver updates.
- Reporting & Optimisation: Monitor daily campaign performance, test new ad messaging and formats, and produce actionable monthly and end-of-campaign reports.
- Agency Process Management: Adhere strictly to SOPs and scopes, accurately record daily billable hours (~7 hrs/day), and flag timeline or delivery risks early.
šÆ Who You Are
- 1ā2 Years Experience: Digital marketing or agency background with hands-on exposure to paid media (SEM/Paid Social) and analytics tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio).
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for QA, campaign tagging, spend pacing, and tracking setup.
- Proactive Communicator: Confident writing clear updates, taking accurate call notes, and asking the right questions under supervision.
- Hospitality Obsessed: A genuine passion for food, drink, travel, and experience-led brands!
- Growth Mindset: Excited by platform updates, eager to test new ad formats, and comfortable receiving constructive feedback to level up your skills.
