Performance Marketing Manager (Partners)

London | Hybrid (4 days office)

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing fintechs as they continue to scale their partnerships business following a number of major launches and an exciting pipeline ahead. This is a genuinely unique marketing role. Rather than owning acquisition for one brand, you'll work directly with a portfolio of partner brands, helping them plan, launch and optimise customer acquisition campaigns.

You'll become the key marketing contact for your partners, working closely with their internal marketing teams and agencies to deliver campaigns that drive customer growth. It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys acquisition marketing but also loves building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

The Role

You'll be responsible for leading customer acquisition across a portfolio of partner brands, helping them acquire new cardholders through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. Working directly with partner marketing teams and their agencies, you'll plan and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing and partner-owned channels.

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting in Google Ads Manager every day building campaigns. Instead, you'll use your performance marketing expertise to shape acquisition strategy, challenge agency recommendations, review campaign plans, optimise performance and ensure campaigns are delivering against acquisition targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Option 2

You're currently in a performance marketing agency, managing financial services, fintech or payments clients. • Work with well-known consumer brands on large-scale acquisition campaigns.
