The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and strategic Head/Lead of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing offering and help shape the future growth of Pinpoint Media.
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering best-in-class performance strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video and emerging digital channels. You'll work closely with clients, agency partners and internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes and exceptional client service.
You'll also play a key role in developing our performance proposition, identifying opportunities for innovation, supporting new business activity and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and execution of integrated performance marketing strategies.
- Overseeing campaign planning, optimisation and reporting across multiple digital channels.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Driving campaign effectiveness through data analysis, testing and continuous optimisation.
- Collaborating with planning, client services and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Supporting agency growth through new business pitches and thought leadership.
- Leading, mentoring and developing performance talent within the team.
- Staying ahead of industry trends, platform developments and emerging technologies.

Skills
Essential
- Significant experience in performance marketing, either agency-side or in-house.
- Strong expertise across paid search, paid social and digital performance channels.
- Experience developing and delivering performance strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and performance targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience leading or mentoring performance marketing teams.
- Experience supporting new business pitches and agency growth initiatives.
- Knowledge of attribution, measurement frameworks and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience working with a broad range of consumer and corporate brands.
