💵£60,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus
We're working with a DTC Subscription brand in the Health & Wellness space who is entering an exciting stage of its development. With an established DTC operation, ambitious growth plans and further media investment available, they are now hiring for a Performance Marketing Lead.
This is a newly created position to bring deeper performance expertise in-house, giving genuine ownership of paid acquisition, initially focusing on unlocking significantly more from Meta while maintaining strong Google performance and building the foundations for future channel expansion.

If you’re a commercially minded performance marketer who wants to own the numbers rather than simply review agency reports, this opportunity gives you the autonomy to turn testing, insight and smart investment into measurable business growth.
Role Highlights:
- Ownership of Meta & Google end-to-end, from strategy and forecasting through to campaign execution.
- Scale paid social activity profitably, with particular focus on strengthening Meta performance.
- Build a structured creative and landing-page testing programme alongside the Creative Strategist.
- Own channel budgets, forecasts and commercial performance against NCPA, CPA and MER targets.
- Manage and challenge agency partners, using data and commercial insight to drive better decisions.

Ideal Experience:
- Strong DTC Ecommerce experience - Ideally Health & Wellness, Supplements or Consumer FMCG
- Strong hands-on experience in Meta & Google (Meta is essential)
- Proven track record of scaling paid social activity
- Comfortable operating in an IC role within a lean business
- Confidence challenging decisions and holding agencies accountable
- Commercially confident – comfortable owning forecasts, budgets etc
- CRO and landing-page testing experience would be great
- Subscription experience would be a bonus
