Performance Marketing Lead

£65,000–£85,000 + bonus + equity
Location: London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Our client is one of the UK’s most recognised digital marketplace brands, connecting millions of consumers with tens of thousands of professionals across the UK.

As the business continues to evolve its marketplace, they’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to help shape and scale paid acquisition across the Trade side of the platform.

This isn’t traditional enterprise B2B demand generation. It’s a high-volume, commercially focused acquisition role, requiring someone who understands the complete journey from paid media and lead generation through to CAC, conversion, lifetime value and ultimately revenue.

The Opportunity

  • Take significant ownership of the Trade paid acquisition strategy
  • Work across PPC, Paid Social, affiliates, remarketing and wider biddable channels
  • Move beyond MQLs and optimise acquisition against real commercial outcomes
  • Combine hands-on channel execution with input into longer-term strategy and investment
  • Help diversify acquisition and reduce reliance on existing channels
  • Build a structured test-and-learn roadmap across channels, audiences and partnerships
  • Explore AI, automation and emerging acquisition opportunities
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance and Data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
