About Us

Hi there 👋 We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.

The Role

Wild is at an inflection point. What started as a UK direct-to-consumer brand is now a global, omnichannel business: new markets, new categories, major retail partnerships and licensing collaborations with some of the biggest IP in the world. Performance marketing has been the engine that got us here, and this role exists to own the next chapter: a bigger budget, more markets, a wider channel mix, and a step-change in how we produce and buy for performance.

Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, you will lead three teams: Media Buying (paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging channels in the UK, US, DACH and France), Affiliates and Partnerships, and the UGC Pod. A core part of the role is fusing these into a single acquisition engine, where creative, media and partnerships compound rather than operate in parallel. Your job is to mature the function: sharper measurement, higher creative craft, world-class execution, without losing the pace and entrepreneurial edge that got us here.

We are posting at Lead level but open to Head of for the right candidate.

🚀 What you'll do

  • Own Wild's performance marketing strategy and budget across all markets and channels. Accountable for CAC, payback and revenue contribution as business-level KPIs that ladder up to the wider growth plan.
  • Set the paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and emerging channels. Own the senior relationships with platform partners, and hold the bar on account structure, testing rigour and platform excellence.
  • Lead the creative operating model for performance. Set the vision for how Wild produces, tests and scales high-performing content across markets, and hold the bar on hit rate, TSR and creative-driven CAC.
  • Lead the affiliates and partnerships strategy. Grow the channel efficiently across all markets, support with the most senior commercial negotiations, and evolve the partner portfolio as Wild enters new categories and geographies.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model. Every workflow that can be automated should be. Set the long-term vision for where AI sits across media buying, creative and partnerships, hold the bar on adoption, and remove blockers so the team can move faster than any comparable team in the market.
  • Build measurement maturity. Own the roadmap for incrementality testing, attribution and reporting, and translate what you learn into how we invest.
  • Connect paid decisions directly to Wild's LTV, retention and unit economics in wider leadership conversations. Act as a senior voice in the marketing leadership team, deputising for the Performance Marketing Director on performance matters where needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

⭐️ About you

  • A senior performance marketing leader (Lead, Head of or equivalent) with experience running acquisition across multiple markets, ideally including the US.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok and Google, with a clear point of view on where each platform is heading. You have scaled significant paid budgets and know what breaks when the number gets bigger.
  • Commercially sharp. You connect paid decisions to LTV, retention and unit economics, not just channel-level CAC, and can hold your own in a boardroom conversation.
  • Comfortable owning creative alongside media. You have led or worked closely with a content or UGC function, understand what makes performance creative work, and can raise the bar without doing the work yourself.
  • Rigorous on measurement. You have run incrementality testing (Geo, in-platform lift or similar) and understand the trade-offs between different measurement approaches.
  • AI-forward. AI is embedded in how you work and how you run a team, not a bolt-on. You have views on where it sits in the media buying and creative operating model over the next two to three years.
  • Experience in fast-growth consumer brands. Comfortable with pace, ambiguity and shipping before things are perfect.
  • Experience with affiliates, influencer or commercial partnerships is a strong plus.
  • An excellent people leader with a track record of building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
