Performance Marketing Lead

London (Hybrid) | Up to £75,000

This is an opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing for a fast-growing consumer brand with ambitious growth plans across multiple international markets. You'll lead paid media strategy, shape the future of performance creative, and play a key role in scaling customer acquisition through a data-driven, AI-enabled approach.

The Role

You will lead performance marketing activity across key paid channels while managing a team focused on media buying and performance creative.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing paid media strategy across channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Owning acquisition performance metrics, including customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and revenue growth.
  • Leading relationships with key platform partners and driving best practice across campaign structure, testing, and optimisation.
  • Working closely with ecommerce and wider marketing teams to improve conversion performance through landing page and customer journey optimisation.
  • Building a high-performing creative testing framework and scaling successful content across multiple markets.
  • Driving adoption of AI tools and processes to improve efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Enhancing measurement, attribution, reporting, and incrementality testing capabilities.
  • Coaching and developing a team of performance marketing professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience across paid social and paid search, particularly Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Expertise in performance measurement, attribution, testing methodologies, and reporting.
  • Experience working closely with creative or content teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and broader commercial metrics.
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Interest in leveraging AI to improve performance marketing outcomes and operational efficiency.
