About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Dorchester Collection. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a prestigious environment, influence guest satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing success of our esteemed brand.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in luxury hotel management or a comparable role within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest relations is essential. A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage diverse teams and handle complex situations. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills are advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to maintaining the high standards associated with Dorchester Collection.

Responsibilities
As a Hotel Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
- Coordinating with department heads to optimize performance across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities
- Leading staff recruitment, training, and development initiatives
- Handling guest complaints and special requests with tact and efficiency
- Ensuring every guest's experience aligns with the luxury standards of Dorchester Collection
- Implementing strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and brand reputation
