About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Dorchester Collection. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel, ensuring that all departments work seamlessly to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in luxury hotel management or a comparable role within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest relations is essential. A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage diverse teams and handle complex situations. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills are advantageous. Responsibilities
As a Hotel Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the hotel
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards
- Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
