We’re partnering with a well-funded, pre-launch consumer healthcare startup building a new approach to proactive and preventative healthcare.

The business is building a membership-led healthcare experience centred around ongoing health assessments and personalised support based on an individual’s results.

The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Lead to build the paid growth engine from the ground up. This is a senior, highly hands-on role for someone who wants significant ownership rather than simply managing an established acquisition machine. You’ll work closely with the growth leadership team to shape their performance strategy, build out Meta from zero and establish the systems, testing frameworks and creative processes that allow us to scale efficiently. Meta will be the initial priority, but this isn't a traditional paid media role. Their approach to growth will be heavily creative, creator and influencer-led. The business is already developing partnerships with creators to tell it’s story, and you’ll play a key role in turning those partnerships and customer insights into high-performing acquisition campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll need to be equally comfortable thinking about CAC, attribution and funnel performance as you are discussing hooks, concepts, UGC and why one piece of creative is outperforming another.

  • Own campaign strategy, execution, optimisation and performance.
  • Develop a rigorous creative testing and experimentation framework.

  • Use performance data to inform creative strategy, messaging and future concepts.

  • Monitor CAC, conversion, ROAS, LTV and other key growth metrics to understand where the biggest opportunities lie.
  • Identify and test new audiences, propositions, landing pages and acquisition channels.
