Performance Marketing Lead
London - Hybrid, 3 days per week
Up to £75,000
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth consumer brand at a pivotal stage in its journey. You will lead international performance marketing strategy, shape how paid media and creative teams work together, and play a key role in scaling customer acquisition across multiple markets.

Performance marketing sits at the heart of their success, making this a highly visible role with genuine influence on business performance. They are investing heavily in marketing innovation, measurement capabilities, and AI-powered ways of working.
The Role
You will own performance marketing strategy across multiple international markets, driving efficient customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Managing and developing specialist teams spanning media buying and performance creative
- Owning key commercial metrics including CAC, ROAS, payback, and revenue performance
- Building closer alignment between creative production and media buying to improve campaign effectiveness
- Developing structured testing frameworks across audiences, channels, creative, and landing pages
- Partnering with ecommerce, brand, and marketing teams to optimise conversion performance
- Strengthening attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement capabilities
- Managing strategic relationships with major advertising platform partners
- Championing AI adoption across media buying, creative production, and marketing workflows
- Contributing to long-term acquisition strategy and international growth plans

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading performance marketing for a DTC, ecommerce, subscription, or consumer-focused brand
- Deep hands-on expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube advertising platforms
- Proven ability to scale paid media investment while improving acquisition efficiency
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality testing, lift studies, and measurement frameworks
- Experience driving creative testing and performance-led content strategies
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect media performance to wider business outcomes, including LTV and retention
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical understanding of how AI can improve marketing performance and team productivity
